The journey began with an in-depth consultation to align with the client’s vision for their newly acquired Princess F62. By working closely with the client, we finalised a material and colour palette that would not only solve the existing upholstery issues but also elevate the entire interior aesthetic, creating a space that felt both luxurious and personal.

The Princess F62 was brought to our state-of-the-art Plymouth refit centre, a controlled environment designed for precision and quality. Upon arrival, our team conducted a comprehensive pre-condition survey, meticulously documenting the state of the helm, saloon, and surrounding areas. This crucial step established a clear baseline, ensuring every aspect of the project was accounted for and providing the owner with a transparent overview of the work to be undertaken. It also allowed us to plan for the additional upgrades, including the new passerelle, illuminated boat sign, and teak works.

Before any work commenced, our team implemented our signature full-protection protocol. Every surface—from delicate woodwork and navigation equipment to flooring and glass—was carefully covered to prevent any accidental damage. With the yacht fully protected, our craftsmen began the methodical process of stripping away the failing upholstery. With the old materials removed, our master craftsmen began the precision reupholstery work.
